All orders placed with Crochet by Apoo are processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order placement. Upon dispatch, shipment confirmation will be communicated to the customer within 10 to 15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location; however, orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
The company currently offers shipping services across India and does not provide international shipping at this time.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order, as modifications to the address cannot be made once the order is confirmed. Crochet by Apoo shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay arising due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Once the order is handed over to the logistics partner, the responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service provider. In case of any delivery-related issues, including delays or non-receipt of packages marked as delivered, the customer is advised to directly contact the respective courier service. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping.
A standard shipping fee of Rs.60 shall be applicable for all orders below Rs.1500 within a radius of 150 kilometres from Kotturpuram, Chennai. For orders below Rs.1500 beyond 150 kilometres from Kotturpuram, Chennai, a standard shipping fee of Rs.80 shall be applicable. Shipping charges are subject to change at the sole discretion of Crochet by Apoo without prior notice.
