Orders placed with Crochet by Apoo may be cancelled within a period of 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Any request for cancellation must be made by contacting us through email at crochetbyapoo@gmail.com.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be entertained. In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a period of 10 to 15 business days.
Crochet by Apoo reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, unavailability, pricing errors, or any other operational issues, and in such cases, the amount paid shall be refunded accordingly.
