All products offered by Crochet by Apoo are handcrafted and unique in nature, and therefore, slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur when compared to product images displayed on the website. In view of the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, Crochet by Apoo follows a strict no return and no exchange policy.
However, in compliance with applicable laws, returns or refunds shall be considered only in cases where the product received by the customer is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery by contacting us via email at crochetbyapoo@gmail.com, along with an unboxing video and relevant proof of the defect or damage.
Upon verification of the claim, Crochet by Apoo shall, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the product or process a refund. Approved refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment within 10 to 15 business days from the date of approval.
